I hold a Doctorate of Counseling Psychology (PsyD) and am a licensed professional counselor-supervisor (LPC), registered play therapist-supervisor (RPT-S), a nationally certified counselor (NBCC), certified dependency counselor-I (CDC-I), and a master addictions counselor (MAC). My extensive background equips me to handle a variety of issues with a deep understanding and a broad range of techniques. I approach counseling holistically and use techniques that include cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and play therapy. My specialties include working with addiction, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, depression, and stress.
