Janet Glenn, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
Hi! I'm Janet, a licensed mental health counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I have experience working in the behavioral health field with individuals who have experienced trauma and are struggling with addiction, anxiety, grief, or depression. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques (CBT) such as identifying and confronting negative thoughts, guided imagery, visualization, and other coping and relaxation strategies. These techniques have been especially effective in managing a wide range of issues. My focus is to support individuals in healing by helping them become aware of their inner strengths. I provide a safe space, listen to your concerns, and customize a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This plan incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing through a client-centered approach, always keeping your goals and desired outcomes in mind. These methods are effective for people dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, anger, PTSD, self-image challenges, or anyone seeking skills to empower themselves to live their best life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
