Getting to know Janet Kwiatkowski

I am a licensed therapist with Meru Health. In just 12 weeks, the duration of our program, you will build skills to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and better manage uncomfortable emotions. I earned my Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Capella University Campus Center. While I’ve worked with all ages, I particularly enjoy working with people 35+, experiencing anxiety, grief or loss, and navigating life transitions. A favorite tool I use with clients is mindfulness. I’m also training my dog to be a therapy dog. For fun, I frequent coffee shops, work in my garden, and dance with the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies.
