My theoretical framework consists of Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition to taking an integrative approach to provide the best individualized treatment for each person. I am aware that beginning any journey into counseling can be an intimidating process, and I am conscious of the bravery it takes to seek therapy.
