Most relevant
I didn’t feel like Janet truly understood my concerns or was actively listening during our interaction. The communication felt disconnected, and at times, it seemed like there was a language barrier that made it difficult for her to grasp the issue I was trying to explain. Overall, I left the session feeling unheard and unsupported.
