I have over 17 years of experience in the helping profession, treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life phase issues. My approach is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients can address struggles without judgment. My approach In my private practice, I work collaboratively, creating individualized treatment plans and utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered, EMDR, Brainspotting, Psychodynamic, Mind-body approaches, Attachment, and more based on patients’ unique needs. I am a Certified Grief Therapist/Educator, EMDR trained, Certified Tele Mental Health Provider, and trained in Brainspotting (working on certification). I tailor approaches to support patients as authors of their own lives. My focus I provide individual therapy for adults (18+), addressing PTSD, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, mindfulness, coping skills, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, adjustment issues, chronic pain, and more. Telehealth services are also available. My communication style I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment. I say, “Be yourself.” Each individual has a unique, sacred story that deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. I hope to be part of your journey—you are not alone. Let’s do this together!
