I work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues are the focus areas of my treatment. I gather feedback from clients and incorporate it into treatment, displaying empathy to strengthen the therapeutic alliance and promote openness. My journey to mental healthcare centers on helping clients connect to their emotions in a way that feels safe, manageable, and healing. I have a strong desire to help my clients move past their pain and suffering. I help clients set realistic goals by encouraging them to establish clear objectives, believe in their ability to achieve them, and persistently pursue those goals. In our first session, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
