The desire to experience relief from your current circumstances has led you to this very moment. I invite you to connect. I work with clients experiencing a variety of issues such as readiness to disrupt old patterns that no longer serve you, trauma (stemming from past or recent events), relationship concerns, stress, grief and loss, anxiety, divorce, parenting, transitions in life and work, seeking intrapersonal growth, money relationship and behavior struggles, self-esteem, family conflict, adoption, attachment, and adjustment issues. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
