UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy.
My goal is to help each individual see outside the narrative they've created, challenge old belief systems, and begin living the life they want to live. I want them to feel in alignment, connected, and experience a life filled with fulfillment and peace. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University, which equip me to support this transformative journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide a supportive and unconditional environment to feel safe in openly disclosing and processing unresolved emotion. I will help guide you in connecting and feeling calm, centered and grounded.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
