Jared Noble, LMFT

Jared Noble, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC). Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations in a variety of settings—from outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, to mandated treatment programs within the justice system. I am deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, identifying specific goals and steps forward to cultivate meaningful, lasting change, and finding a sense of peace in our chaotic world. My approach I draw on evidence-based models—Systems Theory, CBT, REBT, and DBT – I tailor treatment to each client’s, couple's, or families needs. For couples I utilize Emotionally Focused Treatment (EFT) and research from Gottman. My work is also informed by interpersonal neurobiology, which helps me integrate mind-body connections and foster resilience. I collaborate with clients to develop practical skills, explore underlying patterns, and build healthier coping strategies. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, negative schemas, and core beliefs. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): to build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT): for challenging core beliefs and fostering a more rational mindset. Systems Theory: to understand and address the complex interactions within families and social networks. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I emphasize collaboration, respect, and authenticity. I view therapy as a partnership: you bring your experiences and goals, and I bring my experience, education, passion for non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard.
