I work with individuals and couples, and provide help with anxiety disorders, codependency, addictions, anger problems, trauma, grief, depression, and sexual issues. I am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting for working with trauma. I am also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and faith-based counseling.
