What should a new client know about working with you?

As a former firefighter/paramedic, I have cared for many people in crises. Now, I am passionate about guiding those in crisis toward lasting mental health. I engage in therapeutic strategies including solution-focused CBT, neurofeedback, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and mindfulness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I look forward to encouraging and assisting you in overcoming any obstacles hindering your mental wellness. Together, we can strive for long-lasting resolution, exploring proven methods to fit your unique experience. Also, to those in the LGBTQIA+ community, you are welcome here. Queer clients have found me to be a safe space for our work together. When you reach out to me, I will try to schedule a short phone call before our first session starts so that we can meet, mutually ensure that we are a good fit, and so that I can answer any questions that you have. I will also give you access to my client portal so that you can fill out the required intake forms before our first session. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
