My focus All clients are welcome. My extensive experience in educational mental health has allowed me to work with a wide variety of clients over the past 20+ years. My specialty is LGBTQIA+ counseling with clients of all ages. My communication style The environment we create together will be encouraging and welcoming-a safe place to explore, express, and move toward life goals in a meaningful way. My journey to mental healthcare As a new teacher, I quickly realized that the mental health and wellness of my students were a priority over their academic success. My goals for you We will approach goal setting by combining your specific needs and goals with my education and experience to formulate meaningful, attainable outcomes that we will work toward achieving together. My first session with you We will share a getting to know you conversation that will guide us through the initial assessment. Our goal-setting and work will evolve as sessions continue.
