Getting to know Javier Martinez

Hi, my name is Javi (She/Her). I’m a trans, earth-loving, energy-working Holistic Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with an MEd in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, and I’d love to help you reach your mind-body-spirit-soul goals. My approach Empowering, educating, and supporting people in their wholeness is what I do. As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I blend Shamanism, Parts Work, Gottman Method, CBT, Strength-Based, Narrative, and Solution-Focused Therapy with a Humanistic approach. My personal lens is trauma-informed, compassionate, and animistic. My focus I work with people and couples+ from many different backgrounds and ages, from 18 to end-of-life. I have special interest in the following groups and themes: Spiritual Seekers, Indigenous Peoples, Young Adults (18-30), Elders, Sex Workers, BDSM Kinksters, Polyamorous People, LGBTQIA+, Healthy Relationships and Sexuality, Higher Education and Early Career, and Psychedelic Integration. My communication style I won’t pretend I have all the answers for you, because I don’t – you are the world’s foremost expert on you. My job is to get to know you, reflect your power back to you, and collaborate on what you feel your mind-body-spirit system needs right now.
