Getting to know Javon Oliver

I am a licensed professional counselor and the founder and CEO of Olive Tree 1 Care. I have extensive experience in behavioral health treatment, substance-use services, integrated care, program development, and care coordination. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges that can affect emotional well-being. I believe effective care begins with understanding the whole person—not simply a diagnosis. My goal is to provide culturally responsive, compassionate, and practical support that helps each patient develop greater insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward stability, wellness, and confidence.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first appointment, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are currently experiencing, your personal history, your strengths, and what you hope to accomplish. You do not have to arrive with everything figured out. We will take the time to understand your needs and develop a personalized plan together. Therapy works best when you are willing to be honest, remain engaged, and practice new skills between appointments. My role is to provide a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and receive meaningful support.
