“Jay is the best! I had the pleasure of working with him weekly for the past year and some. He was understanding, flexible, and empathetic. He made me feel comfortable and like I could discuss anything and everything. The techniques he taught me changed how I think about my relationships and myself as well as the way I communicate. I will be forever grateful and I can not recommend him enough. Thank you, Jay!! ”
