Getting to know Jayme Chambers
I'm passionate about helping all of my clients feel better about themselves and their current life situations. Therapy can be really beneficial in discovering who you are and learning coping skills to manage daily life. Sometimes, it just helps to have someone you can talk with and feel supported by. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Integrative Therapy to address anxiety, anger, depression, self-esteem, behavioral, and family issues. I know it can be difficult, so I'm here to help!
I have over 7 years of experience as a Psychotherapist. My clinical background includes a diverse range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, relationships, marital/family problems, life transitions, child behavioral issues, substance abuse, and trauma. I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families. I earned my Master's in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, which has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate and effective care.
It takes courage to reach out for help in pursuit of a more fulfilling and happier life! I will be here to support and guide you through your journey of exploration. My goal is to help you access your untapped potential and get you where you want to be. I look forward to communicating with you and getting started on your future goals!
What should a new client know about working with you?
During our first session, we will explore multiple aspects of your life to help me understand your sources of difficulties. After the initial session, we will work together to create your treatment plan and begin addressing your stressors. We can work on a weekly or biweekly basis at the beginning and as you find more peace, those sessions will go to monthly and eventually as needed. I hope working with me will give you a sense of comfort and feel validated.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
