I have worked on both the patient care side helping patients and families navigate the thoughts and feelings that come up at the end of life. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation—there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. We'll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we start this journey together at your own pace.
