Getting to know Jeannan Haygood

I'm so glad you stopped by! If you are experiencing overwhelming challenges, you are certainly not alone. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress. Many of my clients are women who have experienced abuse or relationship troubles. I also work with healthcare providers who are experiencing stress. You deserve to have the help and support you need to feel better and let go of whatever is holding you back. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I have a great deal of experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I look forward to hearing from you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

The first session is a time to get to know you and talk about your goals for therapy. Every individual has different needs and expectations, so I cannot predict how much time it will take for you to reach your goals until after talking with you. My goals always include helping clients to feel better at the end of a session and to have more insight about themselves.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
