Familial conflict, depression, and anxiety are experiences we have all shared at one point. We often feel unprepared and overwhelmed when facing these situations, but when you’re at the end of your rope, do you have people to turn to who will support you? It has become increasingly common for people to have few supports to rely on when troubles arise, but you don’t have to face these problems alone. I understand it can be difficult and daunting to find the right therapist. I am a strong believer in the therapist-client connection. As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients wherever they are in their process. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. I often take an adaptive approach to best meet my clients’ needs. I’ve worked in community mental health, the foster care system, private practice with families, in schools, and in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital settings. I specialize in familial and relational conflict, depression, anxiety, and issues related to Asian American identity. I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the process or therapy or discuss any reservations you might have. I look forward to meeting you.
