Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired, but unsure what to do about it? Does anxiety, depression, or other life conditions keep you from being your best? If so, I may be able to assist you in your growth and development along your healing journey. I serve to empower my clients and assist them in working through and overcoming their mental and behavioral health struggles. With a Master's in Counseling from Amberton University and over 20 years of experience, I have helped clients recover from trauma and abuse, manage stress, anxiety, depression, cope with addictions, and address anger management. I will work with you to create an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I appreciate you for demonstrating your worth and value as you begin your healing journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After our initial session where we interview one another to see if we will be a good fit for each other, you can expect that we will delve deeper into the counseling process. After determining the goals that you want to achieve, we will collaborate in creating plans to achieve those goals. Therapeutic interventions will be incorporated to fit your current needs and to empower you to be the unique, wonderful you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
