I will not note the session, but I will say that I cancelled the one appointment that I scheduled with him on the call with "therapy-unlocked" and later found out that he scheduled me perpetually indefinitely without my consent or awareness. I later called therapy-unlocked, having confused it with "Zocdoc" where I originally found this provider. When I called them, Therapy Unlocked told me over the phone that he booked me for the following month (without my awareness or consent), but that was also not the truth, as he had booked me from February to July of this year (also without my awareness or consent). The least malicious reason for this is that they outsource "Therapy-Unlocked" for the scheduling administration, however the lack of communication about scheduling these appointments and the fact that they were also not telling the full scope of appointments that were set concerns me. Cancelling my account was also obfuscated.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience, I highly recommend his services. The office is easy to work with, rescheduling and video call troubleshooting have both been a breeze.
