Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, relationship problems, family conflict, or the turmoil from the world around us, I work with adults from all backgrounds, especially BIPOC, seeking to heal from past wounds and reclaim themselves to live fuller and meaningful lives. My journey to mental healthcare Ironically, I pursued a career in therapy after having a negative experience with a therapist when I was a teenager. I developed a desire to learn about what motivated people's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, especially those who are more marginalized in our society. I believe we all have the potential to thrive if the right support is there.
