Getting to know Jenee Harris

Welcome, taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want to honor the strength it takes to begin this journey. I have specialized training as well as both personal and professional experience supporting first responders, military personnel, and their families. I also work with non-first responder and military clients. I support individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, providing a compassionate and supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to face it alone-I'm here to walk alongside you. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. Let's connect and begin this journey together. My approach My approach is caring, supportive, and direct. Your time is important; we will work together to identify goals and pursue them in a way that meets your needs. I bring humor, honesty, and compassion into sessions to create a space and relationship that fosters trust, safety, and accountability. I am a trauma-informed, EMDR-certified therapist who utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT, MotInt, IFS, CPT, and CBT-I techniques to assist clients in moving toward a value-driven life. I work to help clients verbalize their experiences as they are, without invalidating responses, self-judgment, or comparative suffering. This is rooted in my belief that personal experiences are valid and that clients can live a life worth living. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. My focus Do you notice yourself feeling increasingly overwhelmed with stress, anxiety, or depression? Do you find yourself standing in the shower, unable to catch your breath at the end of the day? Maybe you're experiencing flashbacks, haunted by moments in your past, struggling to get a full night's sleep, or figuring out how to stand down. If any of this resonates with you, please know that you are not alone and that your experience is valid.
