Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. Hello! My name is Jenna Aiken. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I work with clients in North Carolina via telehealth. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Addiction Counseling. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology. My professional work experience includes private counseling practice, emergency department crisis assessment, community mental health, substance abuse treatment, and domestic violence prevention. My clinical focus is women, especially mothers, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or identity shifts. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a warm, supportive environment in which women feel safe to explore themselves and their world. I view clients through a holistic lens. My goal is to empower clients to work through their concerns in the therapy session while they are building a more supportive lifestyle outside the therapy session.
