“Jenna is very engaging! I had never heard of IFS or EMDR before, but I am starting to see the benefits of both. I had done therapy before, but I never saw any benefits for myself, so it took me a while to get back into it after I had stopped. I always thought that therapy works in general, but not for me. Jenna brought a different approach to therapy that is actually helpful for me and I am so glad I met Jenna. I would recommend Jenna to everyone.”

Getting to know Jenna Devore

I'm a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My heartfelt mission is to help others overcome life's challenges and foster well-being. Drawing from a diverse professional background, I offer valuable insights into the intricate tapestry of human experiences and the mind-body connection. As a Queer identifying and neurodivergent person, I embrace a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive therapy framework, championing neurodiversity and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I’ve also found through supporting clients identifying as neurodivergent that my professional background in disordered eating, substance use, and dissociation, the mind-body connection has enabled a comprehensive approach. My approach In individual therapy, I utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, Trauma-focused Therapy, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic-focused (body) integration, and Mindfulness, empowering clients to tap into their existing resources for positive change. In couples therapy, I seamlessly integrate the Gottman Method, IFS, and EFT, building stronger emotional connections and healthier relationship dynamics, and fostering personal and collective growth. My focus Throughout my career, I've worked in diverse settings, providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and alcohol and substance use challenges. Committed to advocacy and social justice, I address systemic issues affecting marginalized individuals. Creating a safe and supportive space, I adopt a trauma-informed perspective, guided by compassion and empathy.
