As the work develops, sessions tend to move between two tracks: exploring where things come from — the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that shaped you — and building practical tools for the moments when that history shows up in your daily life. I check in regularly on whether the work feels useful and adjust when something isn't landing. Progress here looks different for everyone, and what matters most is that it feels real.
