My focus When feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by anxiety, depression, past or current traumas, or substance abuse. With these life situations, I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and a person-centered approach to build lasting rapport and trust to help you heal and feel heard in our journey together. My communication style The most important component of therapy is communication. I feel that open, supportive, and nonjudgmental communication is the best way to build our relationship.
