Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and as a second-generation Asian American, I understand the cultural and generational dynamics that come with family life - it's close to my heart. I work with individual adults to help them feel more connected, more confident, and less overwhelmed by life's ups and downs. So much of our wellbeing comes down to the relationship we have with ourselves and others, and I specialize in helping people build ones that feel more meaningful and congruent. I've spent over a decade in this work, and what stays the same is that I show up as myself - and I want you to feel safe doing the same. Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I'm proud of you for being here. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a bit more balanced than when you walked in.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
