“Jennifer was really great with our daughter. My daughter is not able to open up right away to anybody. But she eventually warmed up to Jennifer and she said for the next session she would be more comfortable with just her and Jennifer on the call. Jennifer's approach was super effective with our daughter and my daughter is now looking forward to the next session”

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with clients regarding a wide range of topics including anxiety, depression, parenting strategies, anger management, family conflicts, school-related issues, and educational advocacy. I have also worked with youth and families in public schools and foster care. My counseling strategy is to approach our sessions as a partnership. Amazing! Very welcoming, engaging and calming for my daughter. She was nervous at first but once she met Dr. Cohen, she opened right up! We look forward to our next visit.
