“Mrs. Franks is amazing! She is both professional and understanding, and she genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. I recall one of our sessions running a bit over time, but she never made me feel rushed and allowed us the time we needed to finish. After each session, I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived, and I always look forward to my next visit. The office staff is also wonderful—attentive, courteous, and professional.

Additionally, Jennifer has worked in elementary school behavioral programs and served as a regular and long-term substitute teacher for grades K-5.
