Getting to know Jennifer Hunt
Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and Florida with over 17 years of post-graduate experience. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and my Bachelor’s degree from Rollins College. I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and correctional facilities. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, stress, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health, including perinatal mental health, pre- or postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and maternal wellness and support. I also understand how perimenopause and menopause can impact a woman’s emotional and physical well-being.
As a provider, I deeply value diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including different races, ethnicities, religions, and abilities. I understand the importance of taking an intersectional approach to therapy and recognize the unique challenges that can arise from multiple marginalized identities.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
