She earned her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University of Seattle and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Jennifer has experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings. Jennifer’s approach incorporates a wide variety of methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), solution-focused/brief therapy, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques. She focuses on supporting clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys exploring nature and animals, traveling, watching local sports teams, working on art projects, listening to music, and reading.
