I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that access to mental health care is a fundamental human right and that every person has inherent strengths and resilience. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, and complex mental health challenges, helping clients build on their strengths and move toward meaningful growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a member of the queer community, I have extensive experience supporting individuals exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, coming out, and other life transitions. Much of my career has been dedicated to working with teens and families, helping clients heal from complex trauma and navigate serious and persistent mental health concerns with compassion and understanding. My approach is collaborative, eclectic, and grounded in evidence-informed practices that are tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Drawing from my experience in medical social work, case management, grief and bereavement support, and psychotherapy, I partner with clients as they develop coping skills, work through challenges, and create lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling. My background in music also informs my work, bringing creativity and connection into the therapeutic process when appropriate.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
