Getting to know Jennifer Johnson

We all face challenges at times; having a supportive and caring person to help you through that journey can make all the difference. I understand that starting the therapeutic process can be a daunting prospect, and I applaud you for taking this first step. A good rule is to give yourself a chance to find a good fit, utilizing a “give it three times” concept. I look forward to the prospect of meeting with you, accompanying you on a journey of personal growth, and guiding you on your most authentic path. I grew up with a strong understanding of my Osage culture and had extensive inter-tribal experience. I am an enrolled tribal member of the Osage Nation and welcome the opportunity to serve Native clients. I am trained in Brief Strategic Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have a Master of Social Work and am currently licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
