I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 16 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs, always centering the process around helping you become the best version of yourself. Growth happens step-by-step, and I am here to support you through each part of that journey.

During our first session, I will ask questions to better understand the challenges you’re facing, what you hope to change, and how frequently you would like to meet. This helps us build a plan that aligns with your goals. I encourage you to come as you are — there is no judgment here. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and able to speak openly so we can begin the work together.
