My primary focus is working on spiritual sexual shame, differences in sexual desire among couples, sexual pain, out of control sexual behavior, polyamory, BDSM, and pregnancy related or postpartum mood and sexuality concerns. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist with a certificate in sexual health from the University of Michigan. I also have training in Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, EMDR, and am comfortable incorporating a variety of modalities into my work with clients. I have over 15 years of experience in mental health, addiction, and sex therapy work. I am dedicated to providing a supportive and shame free environment, and am happy to answer questions any time.
