I graduated in the top ten of my high school class and was honored to receive a presidential scholarship to Tuskegee University, where I graduated with honors in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. My journey in social work began in Jefferson County, Alabama, where I worked as a Social Worker and later pursued my Master's Degree in Social Work at Alabama A&M University, graduating in 2008 with a concentration in Family and Child Welfare. My career has taken me through various roles, from working with children and families to licensing foster homes and eventually working with the elderly and disabled at Psych-On-Site. Each experience has enriched my understanding and approach to social work. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, family relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, and stress. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective care through SonderMind Video Telehealth.
