I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, life changes, family relationships, trauma, and self-esteem issues. My personal journey has given me an understanding of the impact mental health has on one's life. Client journeys are not always easy, but I believe in my clients. My counseling approach is specific to each client and their needs. I provide individualized, goal-oriented services to address various emotional and behavioral issues. I create treatment plans based on the unique needs, goals, and objectives of each client. I utilize multiple counseling techniques in an integrative approach to the counseling process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, I gather information about your current concerns and history, including social, psychological, family, work, and health issues, as well as previous therapy experiences. I like to build a rapport with you as I learn more about your specific problems, needs, or life challenges and begin outlining goals. I foster a warm environment where you can feel safe and comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.
