I believe that clients have the answers and abilities to make positive lifelong changes given the right tools. Are you finding it difficult to express your needs, or set boundaries in your relationships? Do you find that you are experiencing negative thoughts that impact your ability to make healthy decisions? Are you anxious or depressed and are having difficulty identifying where those feelings are coming from? I believe through therapy, clients are able to identify changes they would like to make in a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment and apply those changes to their lives. For the past 5 years, I have focused on motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, and psychotherapy to help clients identify faulty thinking that is negatively Impacting their lives. I have worked with individuals who struggle with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, ptsd, personality and with victims of Domestic violence.
