I am a passionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Florida with over four years of experience helping teens and others change their lives! I earned my Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, which laid the foundation for my commitment to supporting individuals through life's challenges. I am skilled in working with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, physical and emotional trauma, crisis intervention, and everyday life issues, advocating for clients to ensure they receive the care they need. I have a passion for helping at-risk youth who are looking to change their lives and make better decisions that benefit their future. Although I have mainly worked with teens, their families, and young adults, I am open to working with and guiding other adult populations. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, understanding, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness and a strength-based perspective.
