Getting to know Jenny Sitzer
Jenny Sitzer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She is passionate about helping individuals enhance their health and wellness, achieve personal goals, manage symptoms of mental illness, recover from addiction, heal from trauma, recover from an eating disorder, and develop skills needed to navigate life challenges. Jenny currently lives in Germany with her family and enjoys connecting with clients back home in the two states where she is licensed, Illinois and Florida. Due to the time difference, Jenny’s primary availability is the early morning Eastern Time/Central Time.

Potential clients are invited to reach out for a brief, free consultation to see if Jenny is a good fit for their needs and preferences. The initial session is often focused on assessing the history of the client's concerns and collaboratively developing a vision for a more engaged and values-driven life. Jenny encourages clients to establish treatment goals and define benchmarks to ensure treatment is guided by what is most important to the client.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
