I create an empathetic space where you can regain your balance, gain insight, and, ultimately, become more confident and secure. My training and practice include solution-focused and trauma-informed care that highlights the importance of developing healthy relationships. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families using a compassionate approach to healing past hurt and improving present relationships.
