Getting to know Jeremy Poling

My counseling experience includes treating adolescents, adults, and couples. My practice is highly individualized to address common symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I treat my clients as unique individuals with distinctive concerns impacting their lives. I greatly honor the trust I am given by them and will help them navigate difficult times and unexpected life changes. I believe the decision to start the journey toward healing and reconciliation demonstrates a great deal of courage and resolve. Together, we can discern a path toward a more balanced and joyful life. Emotional and spiritual growth, along with symptom reduction, are the primary focuses of my practice. I accomplish this by helping clients understand how their internal life interacts with outside stressors that cause discomfort and impede growth. I also endeavor to help clients recognize destructive patterns in personal relationships that may be keeping them from further healing. In addition to private practice experience, I have pastoral and spiritual counseling experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Liberty University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
