Hello, I have been providing counseling for 12 years. I have experience working with military members, married couples, and families. Additionally, I have worked with clients who struggle with addictions and depression. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Prepare/Enrich. Navigating through life can be difficult at times, and no one should have to do it alone. I cannot offer you a magic pill to improve the health of your marriage or resolve family conflict, but I can walk alongside you and provide the necessary tools to equip you to do the work needed to restore your marriage and family to good health. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Adler University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
