Hello, I'm Jerrika.
Do you struggle with finding motivation and meeting your goals? Do you worry that you aren't living up to your full potential? Do you have a difficult time managing your relationships and communicating what you need?
I empower men and women who struggle with managing anxiety and depression that interfere with meeting their goals and living a healthy, meaningful life. Together, we will identify the source of your symptoms and create treatment goals to help you feel better about yourself, your relationships, and your life's direction. I incorporate a variety of techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation, and role-playing to guide you in the right direction.
Whether you're dealing with trauma, marital stress, or burnout, I am here to support you through your mental health journey. There is nothing you can't overcome if you believe in yourself and what you are working toward. Let's work together to get you back on track and feeling more in control of your life.
I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I will provide you with tools and resources to use in between your sessions. During the session we will work on building skills, cognitive restructuring, role playing, and working through activities to help you understand what you're experiencing, where it is coming from, and how to promote healing and growth for the future.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Jerrika is great! She makes me challenge myself and think in a more positive way. She is also very motivating, encouraging, and gives meaningful feedback. She has also helped me incorporate healthy communication skills within my relationships which has made a huge positive impact in my daily life.
