Hi there, I'm Jesse! Hello! My name is Jesse Greene, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#18108) in Florida. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Over the past 10 years, I have helped individuals and families seek meaningful change in their lives. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with the addition of Existential Therapy when appropriate to focus on meaning and purpose in my clients' lives. I have worked with clients from all walks of life across multiple settings in Florida. My approach I base my work on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate Existential Therapy when it helps clients explore deeper meaning and purpose. My focus I enjoy working with clients facing various challenges but specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and childhood trauma. It will feel like talking with a friend, which I believe is the foundation of a strong therapeutic alliance. When you feel connected to your therapist on a human level, deep work begins. My journey to mental healthcare I have faced anxiety and depression myself, which gives me a personal understanding of these struggles. Because of this, I focus on helping individuals with depression, anxiety, and trauma, knowing what it feels like firsthand. I believe that by helping others, I am also healing parts of myself.
