Most relevant

Jesse does a good job, but he has cancelled several of my therapy sessions‚Äîand he cancels them just hours before the scheduled time. I don't like that. I don't know if that's how things work at Rula, but since I have to cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged, I expect the same from Jesse‚Äîthat he lets me know in advance. Thanks.
