Getting to know Jessica Anorve

Hi there, I'm Jessica! I'm Jessica Anorve, a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I work with clients statewide via telehealth, supporting adolescents and adults to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These methods empower my clients to make positive changes in their everyday lives. My approach My therapeutic approach varies based on each client's needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe everyone has unique experiences that shape who they are, and understanding those experiences is essential to moving forward in life. My focus I have experience working with diverse individuals struggling with low self-esteem, stress, loneliness, boundaries, communication, grief, and challenging life transitions. These often present as anxiety or depression, which can interfere with daily functioning, relationships, and outlook on life. I aim to guide my clients through these transitions and strengthen skills that help them feel better about themselves and their lives. My communication style My style is collaborative, empathic, and supportive, creating a safe environment where clients can explore difficult issues without judgment. I am a good listener and connect well with people from all backgrounds and life experiences. My journey to therapy I was drawn to becoming a therapist through my personal journey and life experiences. My passion is to empower others to become the best version of themselves and guide them toward fulfilling lives. My goals for you Together, we will develop a deeper understanding of the anxiety or depression you are experiencing and the impact it has on your life.
