“Jessica’s approach is goal-focused and affirming. She lets me talk freely and gives me space to guide sessions, but when I don’t know what to say, she redirects in a supportive way. I feel safe being open, and she shares helpful resources tailored to what I’m working on. I almost gave up on therapy after a past experience I’m really glad I didn’t. She’s kind, sessions flow naturally, and there’s room for light moments too. I’ve definitely grown with her guidance and look forward to our sessions.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, we will dedicate time to getting to know each other and building a level of trust. You can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and share your concerns, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. This initial session serves as an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your background, and determine the best approach to address your unique needs. As we continue our therapeutic journey together, you can expect a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your goals and preferences. Each session is designed to foster self-reflection and growth. We will work together to identify your strengths and build upon them, while also addressing any areas of difficulty or barriers that may arise.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Jessica has been so helpful in guiding me to discover areas I need to focus on and areas I can put aside for now, so as not to overwhelm. I look forward to our sessions.
I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Jessica. With past therapists I feel at a loss of what to talk about even though I know I have plenty to work on. Jessica helps me dig deep to find those buried things to work on. I leave every session feeling clear headed, calm and as if I have a sense of direction to head toward. Since starting my sessions, life seems not quite so overwhelming. I am very grateful for the time spent during our sessions and the additional resources she shares with me!
